Each trip has its own confirmation. You will typically receive separate confirmations by email for each service segment, including return trips. If any confirmation is missing, contact us and we can resend it.

Book as far in advance as you can. Weddings and graduations are often reserved a year ahead, and Saturdays are always the busiest. Early booking gives you the best chance to get the exact vehicle and time you want.

We can create a quote and hold your details in the system, but a vehicle is not reserved until booking is completed with a credit card.

Yes. Wedding and graduation packages require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. If you need to cancel, the deposit becomes a future-use credit.

For reservations under $500, we keep a card on file and preauthorize one day before service, then charge after completion. For reservations over $500, a 50% deposit is required at booking and the balance is preauthorized the day before service.

The remaining balance is preauthorized one day before service and charged after your booking is completed.

You can book without exact pickup and drop-off details, but please send them as soon as they are available.

Extensions are not always possible because your driver may have another booking. If extra time is possible, overtime charges may apply.

Trips must be pre-booked under Livery and Taxi Commission requirements. We need a scheduled time, but we do our best to be flexible if changes are needed.

We can do split service. Each segment can be up to one hour. If you want to keep the same vehicle the whole time, you can book continuously as well.

We try to keep the same driver when possible, but it is not guaranteed. Drivers may have other commitments, and return service may be fulfilled by a different driver or vehicle of the same type.

Yes. You are welcome to stop for photos if enough time is reserved. Popular photo spots are listed in The Best Views in Calgary.

We do not charge per stop or per kilometer. The key is booking enough time to fit your route smoothly.

Anywhere you want to go. Share your preferred stops and photo locations and we can include them in your itinerary.

Yes, if everyone in the party bus is legal drinking age and has valid government-issued photo ID.

Yes. Bring light, low-mess snacks. Please note that cleaning fees apply for significant mess.

Yes. We own and operate our fleet, and you can view available options before booking.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking to avoid charges. Cancellations after the grace period are charged 50% of the reservation total. Cancellations or new reservations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

Your deposit is not lost. Wedding package deposits are moved to future-use credit that can be used later or transferred to a friend or family member.

The most commonly booked wedding package is 5 hours, but packages start at 3 hours and can be extended.

For packages of 5 hours or more, you can split time. Example: use 4 hours earlier in the day and keep the final hour for an after-event ride home.

Yes. All limousines include a professional chauffeur.

Yes. Our qualified drivers are expected to deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service at all times.

All bookings include a base gratuity shared among staff. If you receive great service, you can tip your driver in cash.

If you can provide a valid credit card for booking, you can reserve service.

Absolutely. Tell us at reservation time and we can issue billing under your company name.

Yes. We have major locations in Calgary and Edmonton, and we are ready to travel anywhere in Alberta.

Office hours may end around 10 PM, but scheduled trips can run any time. You receive driver contact details 24 hours before your trip so communication remains open.
